What you'll receive
- Prayer milestone notifications — alerts when your Prayer Crusade reaches meaningful prayer counts (100, 500, 1,000 prayers, etc.).
- Gentle engagement reminders — occasional nudges from Beth to keep your prayer intention alive.
- Community updates — notifications when supporters leave comments, light a candle, or submit prayer requests on your Prayer Crusade.
How to opt in
Sign up at PleasePray, create a Prayer Crusade, and opt in via the consent modal that appears. You'll enter your phone number, read the disclosure, actively check the consent checkbox, and verify your number with a one-time code sent by SMS.

The exact consent disclosure shown to users when opting in is:
"By providing your number, you agree to receive messages from Beth by PleasePray. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
Message frequency
Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message from Beth at any time to opt out of all further messages. You can also turn messaging off in your account settings.
