PleasePray uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 from each donation. This is separate from PleasePray's platform fee and is deducted per donation.
Optional donor tip
Donors can choose to leave a tip to PleasePray to help sustain and grow the mission. The tip is optional and gives supporters a direct way to help fund the platform beyond campaign-related fees.

All donations are processed securely through Stripe. Each donation incurs a standard payment processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 (charged by Stripe) plus a 2.5% platform fee that helps keep PleasePray running. For example, on a $25 donation, approximately $1.03 goes to Stripe processing and $0.63 goes to the platform — the fundraiser receives $23.34. When you donate, you may also see an optional tip to support PleasePray directly; this tip goes entirely to the platform and does not reduce the fundraiser's share.
Fundraisers must complete a one-time payout setup through our secure partner Stripe Express, which includes identity verification. Once your account is verified and payouts are enabled, donations are deposited directly into your bank account. Initial payouts may take up to 7 business days as Stripe verifies your account; after that, subsequent payouts typically arrive within 2–3 business days. You can track your earnings and payout status anytime through your Stripe Express dashboard, accessible from your PleasePray account settings.
Yes — PleasePray never stores your card information. All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your donation is confirmed in real-time and the fundraiser is notified immediately. If a payment fails for any reason, no charge is made and you'll be prompted to try again. Every donation is recorded with a unique transaction ID for your records.
